2025 Bi-Zi Farms School Trips

Field Trip Reservations

*NOTE* The school/group field trip will be changing for 2025. Please read everything below.

Each field trip ticket includes:

One free pumpkin	Hayride to pumpkin patch	Petting Zoo
Bale maze	Corn maze	Bale pyramid
Corn bin	Chore time	Pedal tractors
Hippity-hops	Kids tractor driving	Tire pyramid (NEW!)
Calf roping	Konk the crow	Wall-ball puzzles
Food concessions	Photo stations

There is a minimum of 20 paid admissions to reserve your field trip. Groups of less than 20 can purchase "public" admission tickets HERE. There is no maximum per time slot.
Every person that is 3 years and older must have a ticket, Children 2 and under are free, but will not receive a pumpkin. (See Terms & Conditions below.)
We ask that all groups have a minimum of one chaperone for every four children. (See Terms & Conditions below.)
Entrance to the pumpkin patch includes all stations EXCEPT the free hot drink and pumpkin launch. [Hot drinks and pumpkin launch can be purchased at the farm during the visit.]
School/group tickets now include unlimited time! [Bi-Zi Farms closes at 6:00 pm daily]
Bi-Zi Farms recommends creating a TicketSpice account on checkout. By logging into that account you can adjust your ticket quantity up to the day of your field trip.
Bi-Zi Farms will notify you or your bus barn of the changes to the bus parking area as your field trip date approaches.
All Sales are final. No refunds will be offered.

Terms & Conditions

I understand that:
- All group reservations include a minimum charge for 20 individuals.
- Bi-Zi Farms requires at least 1 chaperone for every 4 children under the age of 9, and 1 chaperone for every 6 children between the ages of 9 and 12. Children age 13 and over may enter the pumpkin patch without a chaperone.
- If more individuals come to the pumpkin patch than the number of tickets purchased, those individuals will not be allowed to enter without ticket payment. [Payment can be made at the entrance gate on the day of your field trip.]
- ALL individuals will be required to pay admission to the pumpkin patch except teachers/administrators. Teachers or administrators may enter for free as long as they are wearing official school ID and do not exceed 1 teacher or administrator per 20 students. [Aids to those with special needs are always welcome for free.]

Terms & Conditions

I ALSO understand that:
- It is my (your) responsibility to ensure that my (your) group follows its needed schedule such as when to be ready to leave on the bus. Bi-Zi Farms is not responsible for enforcing your schedule needs.
- It is my (your) responsibility to ensure that all individuals, children and adults, follow the directions of Bi-Zi Farms and the Bi-Zi Farms staff. Individuals who do not follow directions will be escorted out of the pumpkin patch and will not be allowed to reenter.
- The corn maze will be open and accessible to the school groups. If I (you) do not want my group entering the corn maze, it is my (your) responsibility to ensure that they stay out.
- The pumpkin patch WILL be open to the public during the school field trip times.
- I must print the confirmation page and bring it to Bi-Zi Farms at the time of our field trip.
