2025 Night Time Corn Maze

There is a minimum of 50 paid admissions to reserve your group.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to allow your group to start on time.
Every person 3 and above must have a ticket, children 2 and under are free.
Reservations are for an hour and forty five minutes
Outside food and drink is allowed. Please pick up after yourselves.
Your group will have access to one of our buildings with straw bales and a few tables inside. This building does have some power, but not a ton so please limit the number of crock-pots/coffee pots to one or two.
There is absolutely NO flame allowed in the buildings, straw will catch fire VERY quickly
The firepit outside the corn maze will be lit for your group, feel free to bring things for smores. This depends on the current weather and local restrictions.
There are many rules that must be followed for your own safety. They are listed in the terms and conditions below. If the rules are not followed your group may be asked to leave with no refund.
All Sales are final. No refunds under any circumstances.

Terms & Conditions

I understand that:
- This reservation only includes the night-time corn maze for one hour and forty five minutes.
- If my group exceeds its allotted time we may not be allowed to come in the future.
- Children under the age of 12 will need to stay with an older individual.
- There are no open flames or heaters allowed inside the buildings.
- I am in charge of making sure my group follows the posted rules for their own safety.
- If my group does not follow the rules listed below, Bi-Zi Farms has the right to remove some or all of our group with no refund.
- The purchase of these tickets is final and there are no refunds, except in the case of extreme weather which may cause a danger to the public. I (you) can reschedule this event up to 3 days prior to the event, but no refund will be offered.

Terms

Below are the rules that all individuals must follow while attending the Bi-Zi Farms nighttime corn maze:
-Absolutely no running in the corn maze. Anyone caught running in the maze will be asked to leave the maze immediately with no refund.
-No picking or throwing ears of corn. Those caught throwing ears of corn will immediately be removed from the maze with no refund. In the case that another customer is injured, the individual(s) responsible may be charged with assault.
-Everyone must stay on the pre-cut trails. Anybody caught cutting between trails will be removed from the maze with no refund.
- Children 12 and under must stay with an older individual while in the maze
- Smoking (Marijuana or tobacco) and/or consuming alcohol are not allowed on Bi-Zi Farms property. Individuals who are visibly impaired are not allowed to enter the maze and will not receive a refund.
- All other activities are closed during the night-time corn maze.
